Length of Stay

With this visa, you CAN :

  • Carry out activities related to business, investment, and company establishment.
  • Bring eligible members of your family.
  • Conduct activities as a member of the board of directors or commissioners of the company in which you are investing.
  • Travel to and from and live in Indonesia as long as your permit is valid.
  • Carry out activities related to tourism, and visit friends or family.

With this visa, you CAN NOT :

  • Do work that is not in accordance with the residence permit.

Visa Validity

  • This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

Document Requirements

  • PMA (Foreign Investment Company) company document
  • Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
  • A recent colour photograph.
  • A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
  • Evidence of share ownership of at least IDR 10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah) or equivalent in the guarantor company listed in the Ministry of Investment / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board.
  • Ministry of Law and Human Rights Decree regarding the legalization of the establishment the company.
  • Company current account for the last 2 (two) months.
